The pool area was fantastic and provided a great place to relax and cool off. The hotel room was lovely and comfortable, offering a nice place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The cappuccinos served at the hotel were excellent, a good way to start the day. I had a very enjoyable stay at Palazzo Dama - Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of the main shops and the wonderful restaurants in the area. The room we stayed in was comfortable, with a nice bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the view from our room, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
There was one negative aspect of our stay. The noise from the nightclub in the basement was quite bothersome at times, especially during the evening.

The hotel had stunning interiors and a beautiful design. The pool was a great feature, perfect for couples to enjoy. The staff at the front desk were helpful and lovely. A walking distance from major attractions like the Vatican and the Coliseum.

We loved the beautiful design and clean rooms of this hotel. The facilities were great, especially the small private pool and garden. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many popular attractions. We were able to take a quick and affordable taxi ride to all the tourist sites in the city. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting in the garden and people-watching while sipping on limoncello. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast was tasty, with options like scrambled eggs or omelette cooked to order. The staff was friendly and accommodating, great to have a late check-out at 1 pm.

This hotel is an exclusive retreat in the heart of the city. the luxurious amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and treatment room, provided an amazing experience. the staff's excellent service easily exceeded our expectations.
The beauty treatment my friend received was not up to her standards. They could have done a better job with the facial.
